Supervisar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales. Planificar estrategias de ventas y seguimiento de resultados. Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento en la zona. Elaborar reportes de gestión y métricas de desempeño. Realizar reuniones de equipos para poder informar las ventas y Novedades de la empresa.✅ Requisitos: Experiencia comprobable supervisando equipos de ventas o con muchas ganas de aprender a hacerlo. The title matters less than the pattern: you know how to connect with people, follow up, and move things forward.This role is for you if: You speak English at a strong C1-C2 level and can hold confident conversations in English. You enjoy talking to people and can create energy through a screen or phone call. You are proactive: you do not wait for opportunities, you create them. You can handle rejection without taking it personally. You are coachable and can apply feedback quickly. You are motivated by growth, not just by stability. Interviews and assessments will be conducted in English. 6-12 months of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, student recruitment, tourism, hospitality, fundraising, volunteer coordination, or a similar people-facing role. Strong communication skills: clear, warm, curious, and structured. Visible social energy: you can create trust quickly and make people feel comfortable. Grit and consistency: you can keep going after no-shows, silence, or rejection. Coachability: you can take feedback, adjust, and improve your approach. Mission alignment: you have a real reason to care about access to healthcare, education, safe housing, leadership, or service.Nice to have Experience with HubSpot or another CRM. Experience prospecting or following up through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, phone, WhatsApp, or student communities. Experience in international development, service learning, nonprofit work, education, tourism, or health-related environments. Public speaking, group facilitation, debate, theater, sports leadership, student leadership, or community organizing experience. A basic data mindset: you care about activity, quality, conversion, and improvement. About the roleWork on the creation of new MEDLIFE Chapters, clubs and associations in universities, colleges and high schools globally.Our Chapters are student-led, and thus the primary responsibility for the expansion team is identifying interested students, with the right leadership skills, in various educational institutions and then guiding them through the process of developing a chapter in their school. This means we spend a lot of time talking about MEDLIFE’s mission and work in the field, assisting with recruiting within the school, supporting with social media, and working together to get school approval. What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE? Manage potential student leaders interested in participating in a Service Learning Trip (SLT) or creating MEDLIFE Chapters. Interact with prospective volunteers via social media platforms to set up meetings with the team. Make cold calls, video calls, emails, and texts with interested students, lead webinars, and present pre-trip session support. Work with existing Chapters continuously to identify new schools and find interested students, teachers or faculties. Cold emailing and calling Universities, student associations and like-minded clubs and organizations to gain new prospects. Accompany volunteers in the field, creating a connection between MED International and the volunteers. Responsible for creating your own leads and referrals outside of those provided by MEDLIFE website/Chapters. Requisitos: What will you bring? Studies of Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields. 1+ year of working experience in International Development, Global Health, Sales, (Desired but not mandatory) Native equivalent level of English (it will be evaluated by a certified institution) Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers. Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues. Experience in project coordination. Highly organized and strong time management. Excellent phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Live in Peru or availability to spend some seasons in PeruNice to have International Development background Understanding public health challenges Experience in sales or customer service Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge about the sales process. Knowledge about prospecting leads through different channels. Experience with CRM software.
