Our Corporate Function Sales & Market Development leads and supports the workforce in our global Sales Offices in their daily tasks. Furthermore, Business Development and Sales Excellence pro-grams (Training, Sales Steering, CRM) are initiated, developed and realized.
For our Global Sales Office in Argentina, we are looking for a Graduate (Trainee) for a duration of 24 months, who wants to develop and move SCHOTT sales and innovations forward. The program will include various rotational assignments worldwide.

•Market analysis, research on customer behavior, plus analysis of new trends in the market as a basis for our Business Development activities
•Cooperation with our local front sales colleagues regarding BD-related projects
•Operational front sales and marketing support
•Analysis and further development of CRMfunctionalities
Your profile (skill-set and qualification)
•University degree in an engineering or scientific discipline with above average re-sults
•First relevant, practical experience in Sales, Business Development or Market In-telligence, preferably with an international focus
•Outgoing and highly motivated sales per-sonality with a distinct focus on customer needs and expectations
•Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills; sound level of curi-osity and independence, proactivity, asser-tiveness and ability to work in a team
•Distinctive social competencies, poise, and determination
•Ability to adjust quickly to changing tasks and environments
•Profound analytical skills; structured, ver-satile and systematic approach
•Fluent command of English and Spanish, preferably also German
•Excellent knowledge in MS Office, as well as affinity to IT based tools
•Geographical flexibility, global thinking and ability to work effectively across cul-tures.
•24 –months International job entry program as a foundation of your professional career in a fast-pasted and highly international B2B-business
