We’re hiring two Senior Full Stack Engineers: Both roles are hands-on, senior-level, and ideal for engineers who thrive in product-driven environments and love solving complex problems at scale.
Full Stack Engineer — Product
Join our product engineering team and build impactful features across our platform. You’ll own end-to-end development, drive architectural decisions, and help shape user-facing functionality used at scale.
Full Stack Engineer — Internal Tools
Build the internal systems, dev tools, automation, and reporting frameworks that keep our teams moving fast and scaling smarter. This role is critical for improving developer velocity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities - Product Engineer:
- Design and build high-impact features across our Node, Typescript, and ReactJS stack.
- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to scalable, well-architected systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into real, shippable solutions.
- Own product quality end to end — UX, performance, reliability, and system design.
- Break down complex user journeys and translate them into clean, maintainable code.
- Build for scale using GCP, PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architectures.
- Identify technical risks early, raise flags, and propose actionable improvements.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase while shipping quickly in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities — Internal Tools Engineer
- Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems.
- Build and maintain configuration management across multiple environments.
- Create simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrations.
- Develop and optimize Chrome extensions to streamline internal workflows.
- Build internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial data.
- Develop a layered-permissions Admin Panel to reduce support load.
- Implement world-class monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Partner with developers, product, and operations to deliver tools that actually get used.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of internal systems and services.
Requisitos:
What We’re Looking For
- Location: Argentina or Brazil
- Excellent communication skills, both Spanish and English.
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-centric environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQL) OR SIMILAR
- Strong experience with GraphQL, REST, and Webhooks
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience creating mock/test environments for external APIs
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — schema design, optimization, maintenance
- Solid understanding of CQRS, DDD, and distributed system design
- Proven experience defining and implementing microservice architectures
- Excellent communicator — clear, structured, aligned with cross-functional teams
- Passion for developer experience, clean architecture, and high-leverage engineering
Nice to Have
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background in SaaS, especially cloud-native architecture
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus)
- Experience integrating with CRMs — especially HubSpot
- Knowledge of Twilio or similar communication APIs
