  • Lead financial planning and reporting for Argentina PDS
  • Responsible for the preparation, management, consolidation and delivery of the annual plan and quarterly reforecast
  • Conduct analytics for MDP Lead and Country Lead.
  • Coordinate the variance reporting process for the monthly review.
  • Responsible for meeting accounts receivable objectives and metrics
  • Process Enhancements and Standardization
  • Have a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of all finance and accounting systems & processes. Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain internal control processes and standards and ensure the compliance of the team (invoicing, SOD, accruals and financial processes etc.)
  • Design, implement, document and maintain policies and procedures that support efficient and effective processes as well as maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Supervise revenue recognition process.
  • Coordinate with account finance team on the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial reporting.
  • Review, understand and ensure compliance and proper invoicing per contractual terms.
  • Must be client service orientated.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • CPA and/or MBA is a plus. Strong accounting skills.
  • Advanced English-Spanish
  • A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently. High attention to details.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and finance concepts and principles.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with E1, TM1 and Insight  systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 
  • Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client business goals through complex and technically challenging objectives 
  • Self-directed and the ability to work independently and manage communications up and down in the account/organization
