Software Support Licenses Activations

This is a part-time, operational role focused on the activation and renewal of software licenses for enterprise customers.

The Licensing Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that software licenses are correctly activated, updated, and kept current, following internal processes and agreed timelines. The role involves validating orders and license details, tracking activation status, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve administrative or operational issues.

This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up, as well as clear written and verbal communication in English. It is not a sales role and not a technical support role.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with structured processes, managing operational tasks, and ensuring that everything is properly documented and completed end-to-end.

This role is ideal for university students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
