In Argentina, the company has local teams dedicated to customer service, technical support, monitoring, and technological development, providing services to thousands of clients across the country.They are seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Access Coordinator. The role will be part of a growing and talented Technology Team. Main Responsibilities:Access service management, ensuring operation and quality levels.Ensures knowledge of access operation.Collaborate with the Help Desk team to identify opportunities for automation.Create and maintain documentation used to troubleshoot and solve incoming support requests.Follow procedures of the company to guarantee standards and quality of service.Provide management reports on access operations and issues, including recommendations.Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, including end-user training tools and documentation.Follow all information, security policies, procedures and guidelines.Support on smaller initiatives / work-related items with limited resource requirements, and/or complexity.Ensure users have the right access to do their jobs through the creation and maintenance of business roles, account monitoring and management, including managing and resolving orphaned accounts, service accounts and privileged access.Audit the quality of the service provided by the service provider.Ensure that there are action plans to improve the service that are fulfilled month by month.Operation in case of need of the service. What You'll Do● Design and develop responsive, component-driven UIs in React.js that serve our borrower and lender users.● Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new products and features, from concept to release.● Integrate with our GraphQL API layer to build fast, reliable, and maintainable data flows.● Partner with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect frontend experiences.● Continuously improve performance, usability, and accessibility across the platform.● Write robust tests and maintain frontend reliability as the product scales.● Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team rituals to raise the bar on engineering quality.● Contribute to shaping frontend best practices, tooling, and UI component systems.● Embrace and experiment with AI-native developer tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to move faster and smarter. Requisitos: ● B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.● 7+ years of experience building modern web applications with React.js or similar frameworks.● Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.● Experience working with GraphQL, REST APIs, or similar data fetching patterns.● Deep appreciation for clean, maintainable, and testable code.● High ownership mentality – you take initiative and drive projects to completion.● Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight feedback loops.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
