We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help expand our Language Solutions business. Reporting into the Sales Manager, this role is an individual contributor position and will work closely with the Sales Manager and production team.
In this role, you will:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
• High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality prospective clients and contacts into the North American market.
• Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various sources (including company website, rented/purchased lists, social media channels, events, other sources)
• Generate well-qualified meetings and sales opportunities to Sales Manager to eventually lead sales cycles and meet sales targets.
• Update and meticulously maintain CRM database
• Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources / channels)
• Report and present your ongoing performance and results to management, peers, and Sales Manager.
• Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels

Qualifications will include
• Flawless domain of English language
• College degree, in Business field preferred
• At minimum 1-3 years' experience selling service-based solutions to high revenue clientele
• Exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills; VERY comfortable making cold calls
• Effective articulation, demonstrating strategic rationale and logical flow when communicating both verbally and in written form
• Exhibition of extremely enthusiasm to partake in the opportunities to generate business opportunities
• Proven ability to interact with people at high levels of an organization
• Ability to harvest names from social media channels, various other sources and databases
• Strong proficiency using a CRM system as well as MS Office suite to efficiently run your territory
