You will get the chance to:
Being responsible for the entire full-cycle recruiting process
Creating recruitment strategies to fulfill complex positions
Searching and attracting candidates through databases, and social media networks
Working as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions
Providing candidates with relevant information about the culture, career path, professional development, and benefits
Giving feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedbacks in management systems
Attending and proposing key events to promote Globant´s culture and attract candidates
What will help you succeed:
Advanced English skills
At least 3 years of recruiting experience
Prior recruiting experience preferably in IT companies
Strong interpersonal skills
Goal orientation and flexibility will be rewarded
