Randstad Professionals, is currently partnered up with a leading Shared Service Center in Buenos Aires and is looking for a Record to Report (R2R) Manager.

The purpose of this position is to oversee day-to-day operations of the reporting team; be substantially involved in all aspects of reporting delivery operations, including staffing, training, professional development, client communications and work allocation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate fulfilment of the reporting requests in accordance with the standard processes and firm's reporting guidelines.
  • Responsible for the Centre's reporting team's compliance with the firm's standard processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring an accurate delivery of the Record to Report Catalogue services within the agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Provide input on achieving efficiencies within the reporting delivery processes and technology use.
  • Exercise strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment in complex situations.
  • Responsible for providing guidance and support to direct reports to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities, including identifying employee development opportunities.
  • Responsible for direct report's performance discussions and evaluation.
  • Responsible for facilitating support for the internal and external financial audit queries.

Main skills needed:

  • BA or BS in Finance, Economics or other Business discipline.
  • Strong experience in a relevant field (professional services firm and/or Shared Service Centre is preferred) with experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Expert level MS Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of Business Objects/BI and Tableau (or other data visualization tools) is highly desired.
  • Hands-on experience with native SAP reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
  • Ability to perform all role responsibilities in fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is a prerequisite.
