React Apps Support
• Experience with React, JSX, Adobe Experience Management and Progressive Web APP (PWA) development
• Knowledge of a version controller (eg GITHub)
• AWS knowledge
• Knowledge in SonarQube
• ITIL Methodology
• Probably will work on an on-call basis
• Graduated in Database, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, and similar areas
• Upper-intermediate / Advanced English
• Portuguese is a plus
• Communication with users in the local language (as needed) to collect / clarify the data needed to resolve the ticket.
• Very good communication and customer interface skills.
• Work with the offshore teams in India to ensure that the resolution of incident / service requests is managed in the SLA.
• Reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager in Latin America.
• Ensure that the process / guidelines established in accordance with the support process are strictly followed.
