We are looking for an experienced Product Operation Sr Manager for our digital products portfolio in Americas. VIACOM digital portfolio includes brands such as Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount and Telefe. This position will manage different product initiatives across Pluto TV, Noggin, Paramount+, among others. 

The role calls for someone with a strong background in digital industry that main responsibility will be leading and managing the Product Operations team, responsible for the launches of VIACOM digital products for Americas and it sustainability. Americas’ non-linear product portfolio management includes +21 products across Android, iOS and responsive webs.

This position is full time and based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina offices reporting to the Head of Product also based in Buenos Aires.

Principal deliverables of the role include:

  • Create requirements document, Gantts, functional specifications, presentations and mock ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.

  • Analyze data, and create recommendations that will improve the product on a regular basis.

  • Execution of non-lineal product roadmap in Americas, and its communication to key stakeholders.

  • Provide product solutions as account manager for eight regional brands with different stakeholders.

  • Translate business and brands’ needs into product requirements and prioritize product backlog.

  • Orchestrate remotely several teams’ efforts across countries and cultures to ensure successful launches, following agile product structures.

  • Liaison with Head Quarters, providing local strategic vision and business’ needs.

  • Creation of workflows and processes for operational improvements.

  • Usage of tools to understand engagement, user path, segment & acquire users, optimize ASO & SEO, customer support.

  • Advise in goals setting and performance tracking. Help brands achieve key business objectives.

  • Budget management. Collaboration with products’ P&L creation.

  • Onboard and integrate MVPDs and Telcos to Viacom’s products.

  • Product strategic analysis, benchmarks, risk assessments, and projects presentation to executives.

. Requisitos:


  • At least 7years’ experience working with digital products (apps and webs)

  • Strong focus on product innovation delivery.

  • Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English skills (Portuguese is a plus).

  • Degree in a relevant field.
