We are looking for managers in procurement performance and digital transformation.



Main Responsabilities:




  • Transformation of organizations & Improvement of operational efficiency of business processes;

  • Mobilization & Change Management Support (Managerial Innovations, Change Strategy, 

  • Support for the choice and operational implementation of Information Systems;

  • Develop the agility of procurement organizations in connection with Category Management;

  • Professionalize the Procurement function by improving the knowledge of expenses and the assessment of Purchasing performance;

  • Align with the Procurement Strategy by exploiting the opportunities offered by new technologies and digital transformation;

  • Taking the lead on commercial offers and nurturing our relationships with the main providers.

  • Own Key Performance Indicators to drive business effectiveness and continuous improvement;

  • Create & develop ways of working to connect Procurement to the business stakeholders

  • Project Management;

  • Identify and coordinate cross-functional resources for new process rollouts;

  • Provide inputs and drive a project timeline including key deliverables, milestones, action plans;

  • Escalate issues and roadblocks and manage resolution;

  • Coordinate post-implementation and stabilization support to ensure business continuity;

  • Manage some business-level help desk activities to support end-users with the tool and process;

  • Balance cross-functional priorities to help collaboratively drive projects forward;

  • Develop and implement training programs for process Key Users;

  • Work with IT to champion and drive business requirements within the toolsets

  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement;

  • Provide data and analytics support for Suppliers and Buyers to help drive business decisions

Skills & Abilities




  • Ability to work and communicate across organization with diverse team members.

  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and the capacity to respectfully challenge practices.

  • Decisive and unafraid to make critical decisions while knowing when and how to gain alignment.

  • Strong business acumen, the ability to understand the cross-functional impacts of project decisions on everyday business.

  • Familiarity and comfort with change management. Ability to bring enthusiasm and openness during periods of change.

  • Bachelor and/or Master in management

  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Fluent English required (verbal & written)
