Mondelēz International is looking for vacancy: OTC Manager SC

 

Position Purpose

The Key Purpose of the role is to assure OTC End to End Service quality for all and/or certain customer channel/segment; coordinate and manage country Order Fulfilment Specialists and Customer Finance Specialists; provide recommendations and outcomes that will enhance key management, organizational performance of local organization; ensure customer satisfaction with ultimate accountability. Key contact point for Local Business units and the MBS organization (back and middle office).

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading operational excellence in End 2 End OTC performance for managed channel/customers.
  • Alignment with other BU or customer channel / segment Account Managers on the delivery/ service levels.
  • Monitor and steer local OTC Service KPIs and customer (group) portfolio.
  • Monitor adherence to OTC processes standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on supervised personnel work.
  • Establish department personnel needs included in the department development plan.
  • Establish and follow-up on department training plan.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the OTC services provided to the customer channel / segment in scope as well as within the MBS organization.
  • Support requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally (Identify and improve department bottle necks) +B35.
  • Ensure on time and proper issue resolution with corresponding functions.
  • Ensure continuous service improvement provided to customers.
  • Manage internal self-assessment audits and/or external audits across the OTC cycle.

Academic knowledge

  • Graduate of a Business Administration or Finance Area.

Work experience

  • Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP / Microsoft Office).
  • Strong knowledge of local policies and legislation for credit collections.
  • Strong knowledge of OTC processes.

Abilities

  • Fluent Spanish and English.
