       Important Real Estate Investment Company is looking for an Office Assistant.

Responsibilities include mail distribution, copy services, hospitality and conference room set-up, reception assistance and other general office duties as needed.

Among others, this will be the task assign:

  • Set-up conference rooms including audio/visual equipment, furniture configuration, and food/beverages as needed.
  • Assist with reception coverage, including managing multiple phone lines and visitor check-in.
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
  • Request for budgets and purchase all office supplies
  • Handling databases and file management
  • Organize travel (flights, booking hotel, etc)
  • Handling Office´s petty cash
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Schedule Meetings and manage agenda
  • Cocktails & Events organization
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and manage social networks

Qualifications

Education:

               High School Diploma or equivalent. Secretarial studies or similar degree is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsfot office
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels. Client oriented.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm
