As a lead generator, it’s your job to set up appointments and find potential clients in the US territory for the sales team. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers.
This position reports directly to the Director of Nearshoring Services and is a critical player for enabling sales organizational success.
What you will do
Identify and grow opportunities within US territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in the US.
Handle inbound non-qualified prospects.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Drive and nurture the customer interest, convert it into an opportunity and once qualified, pass it over to the sales representative to drive to closure.
Keep up-to-date information in the CRM at all time.
Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Bring new and innovative ideas to boost marketing & sales initiatives

Knowledge and working experience with marketing automation tools; preferably Hubspot (nice to have)
Technology savvy (office, online tools, presentation tools, etc.) (nice to have)
