At New Talent, we are looking for our Client, an Important Multinational Services Company, an Information Product Management Assistant to join the Global Service Center in Buenos Aires, focused on providing high quality services to its internal clients around the world.
The Information Product Management Assistant (Service Center) will support the Information Product Management (IPM) team and assist with product, contract and supplier management; provide manual and operational assistance for the global IPM team as required (eg invoice management, access and licensing ienquiries, supplier contract management and ienquiries, etc)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build strong relationship virtually and communicate effectively, comfortable working in a large, complex environment, highly credible and persuasive. Strong personal management skills; ability to prioritize own time to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to deliver responses to ienquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Proven ability to influence, interact and consult with senior leaders, strong collaboration skills and effective stakeholder management. Strong communication skills, and highly credible presentation skills. Openness for intercultural collaboration.
Academic Credentials: Relevant undergraduate degree
Language level: Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
· Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field (Professional Services Firm and/or Shared Service Centre is plus).
