Our client, a Start Up New York based, is in search of a Head of Growth.
The Purpose of the position is to drive revenue by signing business owners up and bringing them customers.
· Develop the owner signup playbook to help to sign up hundreds of business owners
· Develop the local marketing playbook to help the business owners find residential and commercial customers
· Own the homeowner and homeowner facing website and implement changes to reduce cost to acquire a homeowners
· Develop the strategy for performance marketing campaigns across FB, display, social, lead generation platforms and SEM
· Develop content strategy and implementation across paid channels
· Manage performance marketing P&L and optimize daily media spend
· Lead quantitative and qualitative insights, including key inputs and reporting; monitoring growth trends and measuring all marketing campaigns
· 5-10 years of top-tier professional experience, likely with some combination of principal investing (PE, VC, or HF), professional services (banking, consulting), and/or venture-backed operating experiences
· An entrepreneurial mindset: drive to deliver results coupled with scrappiness to accomplish big goals as part of a small team
· Superior analytical skills and attention to detail; data-driven mentality
· Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize work based on business and operational need
· Comfort with ambiguity
· Low ego / learning oriented
