OVERVIEW DE LA POSICIÓN

To increase subscribers and revenue for all products significantly over the next year, we need to redefine the Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be in charge of the digital strategy and lead a team of marketers in accelerating their revenue and subscriber growth. You will manage the promotion of all products. That includes developing, pitching, and executing a marketing campaign for each one. You will manage a team of 4-6 employees who focus on writing, operations, analysis, and social media. You will guide them in managing schedules, analyzing results, and executing campaigns. You can make a direct impact on the bottom line of their business. You’ll get to learn from a company that has paved the way in direct marketing, and mix that with your own experience to create a brand-new approach to revenue generation and subscriber growth. You’ll work closely with the Publishers, all marketers, and their product development teams.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Build and maintain working relationships with publishers, marketers, strategic partners.
  • Work with Marketing team to analyze marketing results and make recommendations to improve success.
  • Collaborate closely with all team members to find alternative solutions to test.
  • Always have a finger on the pulse of marketing results for our businesses.
  • Responsible for driving growth and optimization of customer acquisition and retention programs through paid campaigns.
  • Plan, manage and optimize all paid acquisition campaigns (SEM, Facebook, Programmatic Buying Platforms, Google Display Network, etc) including budgeting, CPL/CPA and conversion metrics.
  • Continually develop and implement optimization strategies to continually improve marketing ROI at campaign and channel level.
  • Devise and recommend new tactics, strategies and channels to improve campaign performance.

Requisitos:

Técnicos

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Finance or other Analytical disciplines.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advance social media platforms (analytical tolos): Google, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
  • Demonstrated high-level marketing and advertising expertise is a must. A focus on web or email marketing is preferred.

  • High level of business acumen, with critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Great writing skills with a passion for great ad copy and ad creative.
  • Able to work comfortably in hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail oriented and strong communicator.
  • Organized and detail oriented

Idioma

  • Advanced level of English.

Experiencia Requerida

  • 2-3+ years of experience in progressive acquisition, lead generation, or digital marketing roles managing paid media on Google, Facebook, Display and Programmatic Platforms; experience with paid YouTube and video platforms (eg: TubeMogul) a big plus.
