Our client in Argentina is looking for a Finance Coordinator based in Buenos Aires, CABA.


The selected candidate will manage the Finance team in order to produce financial and management information for Argentina department to ensure good financial control and ensure costs are accurately allocated back to the business.

  • Ensure all new and existing customer accounts are paid to the Company. To ensure all accounts are well controlled and all outstanding monies owed to the Company is collected
  • Responsible for the Bank Accounts and General Ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain the risk schedules so that mitigation policies are both in place and being followed.
  • Participate in the Budget process preparing sales, costs, and overheads analysis
  • Support the Area manager in all the compliances activities in Argentina
  • Support to the regional HRBP in managing Local Payroll
  • Carry out basic day to day finance/administrative duties such as receiving quotations, dealing with suppliers, bank requirements, IT service providers, others
  • Manage a 2 people team
  • Deal with and assist internal and external auditors
  • Run a variety of timely monthly management reports to support the financial control ensuring that they reconcile and are free from errors. Fulfil all the reporting duties with UK Central Office
  • Calculate the monthly ELT Argentina recharges and allocations, ensuring they are free from errors and allocated in accordance with the agreed predefined service allocation methods and drivers
  • Analyse overhead costs to ensure that any miss-reports are corrected, and that all charges are correctly in place prior to the monthly allocations being calculated. Investigate and report on variances to budget producing detailed explanation of why any variances have occurred. Send all relevant information on expenditure to our central office in UK


Essential skills:


  • Qualified accountant with extensive experience in a commercial environment
  • Initiative and the ability to successfully implement these new ideas
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator with people of all levels
  • Ability to present complex information coherently to large audiences
  • Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent computer skills, included excel
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience of working for an international organization would be desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively


Zone: South CABA

Full Time: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm (Flex)
