We are recruiting Document Assistants fot the Document Services Department that integrates a high level SSC start up, for a prestigious mutinational law firm.



  • Documents editing and writting support.
  • Transcription of manual notes,
  • Traslations (English to Spanish and viceversa.
  • Document and presentations support,
  • Voice notes transcriptions, 
  • Information resume and presentation: Including charts, Index, image purchasing, etc.


 Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Executive Secretary, Communications, Translator
  • Advanced level of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong commitment to outstanding internal client service
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with people from different cultures and from various levels of the organization.
