PDigital Technical Support (Portuguese/English/Spanish):
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases from Google Marketing Platform Suite (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Studio, Campaign Manager, Ad Exchange)
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and DFP Service Relationship Managers (SRMs)
- Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development.
- Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness.
BA or BS Degree in Publicity, Marketing, Programming, Tech field.
Ideally a combination of experience between Digital Marketing and Technical Support or Support of Digital Marketing Platforms.
At least 2 years of client facing experience in account management, customer support, marketing or advertising.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong written skills (Spanish and English and/or Portuguese).
Understanding of online marketing concepts and their technical features.
Location: Retiro, CABA.
Shift: Monday thru Friday – Full time Shift
