We are a high-end fashion company looking for a full-time customer service person to join our amazing team! (8 hours a day 9am-5pm EST) Hourly Rate is $271 - 300 ARS/hour ($4.5 - 5 usd/hour).


This isn’t just your basic customer service job but more of a creative customer experience. You will be helping with roles like speaking to fashion influencers, commenting on customer photos. This is Customer Support via emails and Social Media, with research assignments & other tasks sometimes thrown in. You will always be improving & learning


We need a hardworking & proactive individual who can think on their own. You must be passionate about giving the best customer experience, as we here believe it is the foundation of a great company.  People stay lifelong customers because of what you do and that’s why your role is so important.


Must be:

Have experience in customer service setting or a similar customer success job. 

Friendly and professional approach.

Need to have perfect English (including spoken).

Must understand American & UK culture to know how to respond.

Use Instagram often or understand very well how to use it.


Very preferred :

That you know and understand fashion influencers out there.

Have an iPhone to record instagram stories.


The task related to this job is

  • Monitor the comments on our Facebook and Instagram posts 
  • Reply genuine comments on photos we are tagged in on Instagram
  • Talking to influencers/Collaborators and/or potential ones
  • Answering Emails within 12-24 hours(order status/shipping updates/returns and exchanges and etc)
  • Manage Reviews and respond appropriately
  • Updating our FAQs based on the inquiries 
  • Preferably has iPhone
  • Doing Weekly / Bi-weekly overall review of the compilation of Feedback of our customers/visitors (based on their inquiries and concerns), and paying attention to details like writing the number four in the headline when applying for this job, doing complete Review about their feedbacks etc
  • As this job is very related to customer support, we need someone who's very good in English grammatically and can understand/communicate in clear American/UK English, and have a good and tidy standard in writing (no typos, etc)
