Our Client, is an international steel trade service provider which is being established in Argentina. It provided high quality solutions to over 1000 customers in more than 50 countries. Their main clientes are located in: Corea and South east Asia, Europe, South America and USA.
The main challenge of the position is to start up the business in Argentina. This position will report to Commercial Director in Shanghai. The key markets to develop are: Minning, Machinery and Car Industry.

The main resposibilities for the position are:

  • Develop and execution the Business Plan and Sales Strategies for Solutions Business Units to meet or exceed annual sales goals and archive market share growth.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customer and partners network in assigned territory to ensure effective and efficient for the business.
  • Generate business intelligence thru a clear understanding of the Market and knowledge of who and where the competitors are and their trends, communicating changes as appropriate.
  • Understanding customer’s key business drivers and influence their Decision Makers to sponsor RA’s technology and products.
  • Drive accountability of Sales Team to maximize the growth of the business.
  • Develop and execute an Annual Business Plan to generate growth and capture market share.
  • Maintain direct business relationship with volume and key customers Decision Makers, identifying their need and propose solutions to retain existing business, generate new business and improve customer loyalty.

The skills required for the position are:

  • 10+ years of experience in SPECIAL steel industry, steel service center or steel mills.
  • 10+ years of experience leading commercial areas.
  • Candidate must have technical knowledge about steel products offered by the company.
  • Strong commercial skills. Excellent communication skills, empathy, autonomy, results oriented are required. Honesty will be a key behavior to consider. Also must be customer oriented, working close to clients of the company.
  • Advanced English level
  • Availability to travel in Argentina and occasionally to China.
  • Advance knowledge in preparing reports to headquater.
