Mondelez International is looking for: Security Coordinator

 

Description:

 

A Facility Security Coordinator must be designated by the Site Management Team and his/her role consists on guaranteeing the execution of the security programs/processes at the facility level while ensuring there is a person in place to provide overall site security guidance in order to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Guidance for the security programs understanding to site business unit leaders as required utilizing tools, guidelines, standards and processes provided by Global Security.
  • Certify the security of the site meets minimum security standards as established by the Global Security standards. Note: this is accomplished by effective partnership with the strategic business partners.
  • Support the implementation of the Global Security Core Services, always aligning and consulting the GS Regional Security Managers and/or country based Security. Manager to ensure the business is protected in accordance with expectations of the local business unit leadership.
  • Be the security representative on the Food Defense team, working closely on the conduction of TACCP (Threat Assessment Critical Control Point) for further development of action plans to achieve PAS 96 expectations.
  • Ensure security systems are maintained and function properly, reporting of security related issues, managing contract security services etc.
  • Actively participate with the security contact network within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Local Special Situations Management Team for Special Situations impacting the site of his/her responsibility.

 

Working Knowledge: 

  • Background in industrial security.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in security management in a major multi-national enterprise.
  • English intermediate (desirable)

 

Abilities: 

    

  • Impeccable professional and personal integrity. 
  • Understanding of budget management and financial processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include public speaking.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
  • Sound administrative and procedural skills alongside proven experience and direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
  • Proactive style with the ability to reply quickly to incidents while maintaining a sense of cooperation.
