Responsible for Oreo brand (Arg + Py + Uy). Lead Oreo brand from a full business perspective. Accountable for brand P&L. Responsible for leading brand strategic plans as well as annual planning to achieve short-term and long-term results P&L. Growth Strategy development (How to continue growing in Volume and Share while Unlocking Penetration growth). Communication strategy development and execution leveraging on global strategy with flexibility to execute locally, 100% consumer centric. Consumer centric mindset, eager for the big communicational challenge the brand has, accountable and growth mindset are key behaviours expected for the role.
