Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: Brand Manager Oreo.


Position Purpose

Responsible for Oreo brand (Arg + Py + Uy). Lead Oreo brand from a full business perspective. Accountable for brand P&L. Responsible for leading brand strategic plans as well as annual planning to achieve short-term and long-term results P&L. Growth Strategy development (How to continue growing in Volume and Share while Unlocking Penetration growth). Communication strategy development and execution leveraging on global strategy with flexibility to execute locally, 100% consumer centric. Consumer centric mindset, eager for the big communicational challenge the brand has, accountable and growth mindset are key behaviours expected for the role.


Main Responsibilities

  • Development of marketing plans and implementation to achieve P&L and share performance targets (AC). 
  • Responsible for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay business. Looking for synergies and simplification protecting total Oreo SC business and profitability. 
  • Lead communicational strategy and execution for Oreo: creative and media agency leadership, briefing.
  • Responsible for 90% of Biscuits A&C.
  • Develop Oreo Growth Model for next 3 years, to achieve penetration growth.
  • Oreo & Pepitos! IBP leader for SoCo.
  • High level of influence with cross functional teams: Finance, R&D;BD; CIS, Trade Marketing, Sales, Global Oreo team to guarantee best plans for Oreo.
  • Active participation in all I2M process for SC. Project Leader of specific projects for SC.
  • Responsible for manage and develop direct reports focusing on achieving brand targets while inspiring them and supporting their careers development (2 direct reports).

Academic Knowledge

  • Appropriate Degree.


Working Knowledge

  • Very solid experience in marketing  7+ years.
  • Good experience with P&L Management, and Brand Strategy.



  • Communicational Strategy development and execution.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • P&L Management.
  • Fluent english language level.
