Para nuestro CoE buscamos analista de administración de personal con al menos 3 años de experiencia en la posición, preferentemente en compañías que posean dotaciones mayores a 500 colaboradores.

 

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

•Carga y seguimiento de novedades- pre liquidación

•Control de ausentismo (ausencias, licencias, vacaciones, etc)

•Altas y bajas en Afip

•Armado de Contratos

•Gestión de medicina prepaga, gestión de ART

•Seguimiento de normativas de S&H

•Atención al cliente interno (reclamos, recibos de sueldo, etc)

 

REQUISITOS

•Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Recursos Humanos o afines.

•Ingles Intermedio

•Manejo de Excel avanzado

•Conocimiento de Sistema WORKDAY
