Mission: The Admin Support Specialist is a resource which centralizes procurement assistance and provides administrative support to stakeholders.
Superior SDI Srl is searching for students (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related field). Proficient in English, both oral and written.
· First point-of-contact for all procurement-related questions and procedures
· Assist stakeholders :Invoices and Invoice Reconciliation creation and processes, Approve purchase requisitions, Assist on Contract Workspace creation , Contribute with vendor-set up, create and deliver Purchase orders
· Route to the appropriate purchasing method for every need
· Coordinate training for some General Procurement activities
· Reporting daily tickets
• Desirable experience with ARIBA and/or SAP
• Outstanding communication skills in English
• Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Demonstrated analytical ability
Timetable: Monday to Friday; 9 am to 6 pm. Belgrano. Caba
