Influence technical direction across teams by setting standards and driving adoption of modern infrastructure practices. Deliver solutions that scale, securing long-term value for clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure solutions using Azure and OpenShift. Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery, governance, and client teams to define technical strategies. Provide hands-on leadership in architecture, implementation, and optimization of systems, storage, networking, and security. Act as the subject matter expert in client engagements, translating business needs into technical solutions. Define and enforce best practices, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence Who You Are Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Red Hat OpenShift. Strong understanding of data center technologies: systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases. Experience in systems and solutions architecture, with a focus on interoperability and scalability. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Certifications in Azure or OpenShift are a plus. Passion for mentoring and technical leadership.
