Job Description:
This position will be responsible for providing analysis for production support requests. They will work closely with the project team and key business users in a customer service role to proactively resolve production support issues and facilitate the change control process globally. They will also work closely with other business analysts and technical resources.
Job Responsibilities:
• Research, analyze, track and document business and functional requirements
• Document and validate system and user interface and data requirements
• Business process modeling
• Coordinate communication of requirements with key development resources
• Requires strong business process and requirements definitions skills.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Proven ability to multitask
• Follow established documentation and project execution procedures
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Advanced proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Continually expand understanding of technology solutions in order to provide current, relevant advice to the business
• Completes deliverables on-time with limited supervision.
• Manages multiple work streams, assessing priorities and delivering complete, accurate work products.
• Proactively resolves time conflict issues working with direct management, project managers and the user community.
Skills Required:
• 2+ Support/Help Desk Experience
• 2+ Business Analytics Experience
• 1+ Metadata, Repertoire Management, Rights, or Distribution System experience is helpful
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Excellent English Communication skills
• Good documentation skills
• Works well in Team environment - but can work alone when required
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, clients and other IT groups
