Sr. Graphic Designer

TeleTech

The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative platforms and strategies for graphics design; and using, operating, and setting up of computer graphic systems for marketing activities. Will support Human Capital and Talent Acquisition projects/marketing activities by the creation and coordination of flyers, posters, banners, brochures, electronic graphics, PowerPoint presentations, scripting, photo enhancements, file conversion, etc.

Education Required:
- BA degree in Art/Graphic Design or similar and/or 3 plus year equivalent experience

Experience Required:
- Expert knowledge of applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark Xpress. 
- Strong knowledge with web publishing and design applications such as Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, ImageReady / Fireworks, InDesign. 
- Strong typographical skills.
- Knowledge and experience with print and electronic design and file preparation.
- Team management experience.

Skills Required:
- Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to interact fluently with native English speakers required.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail required.
- Must have knowledge with coordination and development of schedules, hands on vendor management and knowledge of output via digital or offset printing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. 
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
