Social Media Supervisor

Department: Digital Media
This role will be responsible mainly for managing Social Media accounts in the region. This includes researching latest trends, developing new content and monitoring the company´s social scope.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research latest developments within social space.
• Gather information, assets and content checking approval, clearance, and air dates.
• Develop new fan pages in Facebook/Twitter.
• Calendarize engaging copys around each post to get a maximum interaction from fans.
• Develop social content to grow the community.
• Fact check and copy edit (together with press, compliance and/or legal teams).
• Apply brand strategy to develop a calendar of posted content (reviewed daily to reflect the best strategy, asset availability, and synergy with current events).
• Develop applications.
• Plan social campaigns: distribute budget planning the key moments during the year. Plan different investment periods. Develop art pieces and copy's.
• Monitor de performance on a day to day basis.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience working on Internet related projects.
• Experience working with Social Media is a must.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or related field.
• Project management studies.

Other Job considerations:

• Advanced level of English is a must.
• Portuguese is a plus.
