The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of high pressure gate, globe, and check valve applications in power, petrochemical and refinery applications. Previous experience setting up, working with and managing and agent/representative network .
Location: The Candidate can be located in Brazil or Argentina
Territory Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The regional sales manager will represent Flowserve Raleigh,(Edward and Anchor Darling Valve Products) in the South American power, petrochemical and refinery markets to Engineering Contractors, OEMs, and End Users.
The regional sales manager will be responsible for setting up, establishing, training and managing a network of agents to help support and grow the Flowserve Raleigh product lines in South America.
The regional sales manager will coordinate sales, project and quotation activities with the Raleigh Inside Sales team assigned to South America.
The regional sales manager will work to influence specifications and product selection to increase bookings and profits for Flowserve Raleigh in South America.
Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be willing to travel extensively.
Fluency in the English language is required, working knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is helpful but not required.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in the valve industry and working knowledge of the South American market is essential.
