Marcomm & Regulatory Paralegal

Reporting to the International Senior Corporate Counsel, the candidate will provide administrative support and assist the International Senior Corporate Counsel and International Marcomm and Regulatory Counsel on Marketing Communications ("Marcomm"), Regulatory Compliance matters and Advertisement-related matters regarding Consumer Products. As a member of the Clorox Legal Department, the candidate will be based in Buenos Aires.

Years and Type of Experience:

• 2 to 3 years experience as paralegal in an international company or a law firm. Working experience that exposed candidate to multi-jurisdictional experience (for instance at a US multinational) is considered a plus.
• Specific experience in Advertisement, Intellectual Property and Commercial Law would be preferred.

Education Level/Degree:

• Administrative and/or Paralegal career.
• Law Degree and/or masters, seminars and/or courses on Advertisement Law, Intellectual Property and/or Regulatory Compliance matters are considered a plus.
