IT Specialist - End User Solutions

Globla company is looking forward an IT Profesional.· Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or Industrial Engineering

Main Responsibilities

Lead implementation of projects of IT commercial end-user solutions for Latin America, that includes CRM, Product Configurator, Reporting tools. Once projects are implemented, ongoing support & escalation will be also managed, coordinating with local IT teams in the countries. This position should align with End User Solution platform leader for initiatives and direction, communicating and coordinating with functional team. It is also required to coordinate with regional IT team leaders and local resources to drive project execution. Should also be able to evaluate, develop & maintain relationship with suppliers related to IT commercial end-user solution tools.

Languages: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Experience: +2 Years experience managing projects in IT / Commercial field Experience working with Inquiry to Order processes · Understanding of commercial business operation · Knowledge of Oracle CRM tool is preferred. Profile: · Self-motivated, proactive, team player · Ability to negotiate, influence and communicate with multiple levels of organization · Strong oral & written communication skills · Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds · Experience working with on-shore and off-shore contractors · Willing to work under challenging timelines · Availability for travelling within LA and to US can be expected. (visa to visit USA will be needed) · Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities · Ability to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time–sensitive deadlines
