For a major chemical company, we are looking to hire a Human Resources professional who will take forward the management of the sector in the region.
We focus our search to graduates for careers in Human Resources or Labor Relations, with experience not less than 5 years in similar positions.
The person who occupies the position will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring policies and processes of the company.
This person will also lead and conduct the following processes: recruitment and selection, training programs and development, compensation and benefits, performance assessment systems, internal communications, managing the internal atmosphere.
It is essential to demonstrate expertise in hard and soft, fluent English and willingness to travel abroad frequently.
