Overall Purpose of the Role

Responsible for the HR support on Compensation and Personnel Administration

Assist the development, communication and implementation of compensation and benefit plans, programs and policies for Latin America.

Requirements:

  • Graduated on Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience on similar positions 
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience on Compensation and HR Admin.

Areas of Responsibility:

Support the implementation of compensation strategies for Argentina and Mexico.

  • Manage sources of compensation and benefits market data.
  • Participate in surveys.
  • Develop salary ranges.
  • Check benefits trends and propose changes on the benefits structure.

Support on the planning and implementation process for annual compensation initiatives, such as the Annual Merit Plan, Sales Variable Plans and the Management Incentive Bonus Plan.

Supervise and reorganize the HR administration processes (payroll vendor, benefits, employee files,  etc)

  • Liason with Payroll vendor on on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Absence control. Contracts follow up. Vacations and leave of absence control.
  • Supervise the benefits administration (Health coverage, life insurance, ART, etc.)
  • Ensure that HR database is up to date.

Link with the legal department on labor legal issues.

Support to the HR Director and management on Union compensation issues.

Second level of contact to the personnel on compensation, administration and benefits issues or inquires.

Other Qualifications:

Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate problems and identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
