Internal it is primarily to define and execute the marketing & sales strategy and to develop the portfolio .

Purpose of the Job

 

Sales:

Heading and managing the sales force team.

Developing and implementing national sales activities for the Company in accordance with the business strategy in order to make a major contribution to the agreed annual business objectives of the organisation.

As Country Manager to work out and to implement the long-term country strategy in close cooperation with the direct superior and relevant departments at the HQ.

Marketing:

Developing and implementing the marketing strategy of the company, managing all marketing activities in close cooperation with local marketing partners in accordance with the busi­ness strategy in order to make a major contribution to agreed annual business objectives of the organisa­tion.
