Position:  Senior CRM Functional Consultant / Account Origination with banking experience

Area: Services SSSA & Caribe

Work Place:  Argentina (Buenos Aires) / Colombia (Bogotá) / Chile (Santiago)

 

PURPOSE

The Consultant performs tasks involved in positioning and implementation of SAP CRM as per customer requirements using a predefined methodology. A consultant gathers requirements, analyzes the client’s business processes and installs/configures SAP solution to support customer business processes. He/she prepares the design of the solution and demonstrates in mySAP. Consultants are expected to establish relationships with customer personnel and to deliver timely, high quality consulting to the client. Individuals with an academic professional qualification and with at least 8+ years of industry or functional or IT skills (in specific application area) are candidates for this position.

 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

Provide implementation consulting services to customers on design and implementation of CRM solution in one or more of the following areas: Sales, Service, Marketing and Channel management.  Experience in industry specific CRM processes (e.g.  Account Origination for Banking, Trade Promotion Management) is a plus.

 

You should also have:

 

  • Good experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
  • Strong configuration and design skills
  • Techno functional capabilities  with debugging skills would be preferred
  • Good experience in gathering and analyzing customer’s requirements and creating Functional specifications.
  • Extensive contribution in to all facets of SAP CRM implementations viz. Business process study, Blueprinting, Baseline  & Final Configuration, Testing , End-user training, Go live and Post Go-Live support
  • Experience integrated CRM scenario wth ECC 6.0 is a plus 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or allied areas
  • Business level written and spoken English communication skills. Portuguese communication skills are a plus

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5 years of SAP implementation
  • 3 full cycle SAP CRM implementations
  • Development experience in ABAP Objects / ABAP Object Oriented/ Preferred: BSP/ PCUI / Webdynpro / CRM (sales, Service, Middleware, Internet Sales) / Workflow knowledge is a plus.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of mobility & willingness to travel at short notice.
  • Good Leadership skills will be a plus.

  • Should be capable to analyze the requirements and work independently
  • Should have client facing experience in a global environment and be able to collaborate with customers,  presales and Partners and have a strong desire to excel
