SAP busca un consultor FICO preferentemente, para la posición de OnDeman con al menos una implementación full cycle. Debe contar con nivel avanzado de Inglés y Portugués.
También buscamos un Structural Transformation Service Consultant con experiencia en módulos SD, MM, FI ó CO y un año de experiencia en ABAP. Inglés avanzado. Disponibilidad para viajar.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP OnDemand Service Adviser (Applications Consultant) facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP OnDemand products, including SAP Business ByDesign and other line of business products like Sales OnDemand and Travel OnDemand, to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. SAP Business ByDesign is an integrated on-demand solution geared to mid-market enterprises which delivers preconfigured software for business processes and supports best practices for managing financials, customer relationships (CRM), human resources, projects, procurement, and supply chain. Performance is measured based on demonstrated mastery of business process concepts for at least one module, knowledge of configuration, delivering utilization rate above expectations and participation in practice building efforts and knowledge sharing communities.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Position Responsibilities:
- Driving the key activities of a SAP Business ByDesign Project Implementation
- Work in a shared service delivery model supporting international projects
- Coach/Advise customer project teams
- Configuration parameters and business process adaptation
- Integration/Acceptance testing (process and tool)
- Cutover and Data Migration process
- Support of activities delivered by shared service center including interfaces, form and User Interface adaptations
- Application specific expert consulting
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Different seniority levels will be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires:
- 3 years professional experience, consulting experience is a must
- At least 2 full cycle software implementations, ERP strongly preferred
Proficiency in one or more process areas;
- Finance and Accounting (preferred)
- Lead To Cash
- Procure To Pay
- CRM
- Supply Chain Management
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. General familiarity with consultative selling methodologies also preferred.

Management and customer interaction experience in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive professional services environment required.
The candidates should have a good understanding of scoping at a high level and excellent communication & presentation skills.
The senior candidates should have experience in the ins and outs of the commercial, legal, business requirements for contract execution.
