Indura Systems, Inc. is a company dedicated to the development of advanced solutions for the Home Health Care Industry in the U.S.A. with corporate headquarters in San Rafael California and Customer Support centre in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In our project of rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic, proactive, fast learners with excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments. Exceptional customer- oriented attitude.

Bilingual English is mandatory due to the fact that the position consists of Customer Support to our clients in the U.S.A. Previous customer service experience will be a plus, as well as strong aptitude for technical knowledge and problem solving (PC Windows XP and Windows Server) and Network Environment and connectivity understanding is also required.

Among his/her duties, this role will involve training our clients in the use of Indura Systems’ products, remotely installing updates of our products, providing technical support, and getting feedback from them.
