Description and Desired Qualifications
Para formar parte de importante proyecto minero en la provincia de Neuquén, incorporamos Asistentes Técnico Administrativos.
Algunas de sus funciones serán:
- Dar soporte administrativo a los fiscales y gestores de contratos de obra
- Cargar documentación en sistemas, ordenar y clasificar dicha documentación.
- Realizar el seguimiento de tareas del sector
- Revisar la documentación enviada por diversos contratistas.
- Confeccionar y realizar el seguimiento y el control de planillas diversas
Basic Qualifications
- De formación técnica: Maestro Mayor de Obras o de Carreras Administrativas y afines
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Manejo de Autocad, preferentemente.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en áreas administrativas de grandes obras
Lugar de Trabajo: Neuquén
Régimen de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes
