Required Skills:
•Communicate effectively (verbal & written) with all levels of customer contacts, management, users, and external support vendors. This includes ability to document processes which may be used as job aids and/or training material Experience with Hub Skills (SNMP, routers, switches, servers) & Router Skills (configurations & implementation) between hardware & protocols.
•High level knowledge WAN & LAN technologies including knowledge of TCP / IP, VPN and related protocols / networking.
•Switching skills to include Ethernet & trunking methods desirable .
•Knowledge of Operation System Skills with proficiency in UNIX based systems.

Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities Supports end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation. May include occasional on-site support. This is a post-sales remote support position. May include supporting 3rd party products Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.
Call center applications experience will be priorized!
